If you have repair issues, please contact us by phone or e-mail. We will do our best to resolve your issue. We receive a higher than usual amount of inquiries on Monday mornings. We can provide you with a faster response if you contact us in the PM hours.

Free Repair
  • Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty which provides free repair services.
    (If the issue is the result from normal use within the warranty period or from a product defect)
  • If the malfunction reoccurs at the serviced part within three months of repair
Paid Repair
  • For products with expired warranties
  • Customer induced issues
    (Movement, drops, impact, breakage, damage resulting from not obeying the precautions in the User’s Manual, overloading, etc.)
  • If the product has been serviced or modified by non-authorized personnel
  • If the product has been damaged by natural disasters
  • Exchanging components worn by regular use
  • Any damages caused by electrical faults or improper connection of peripherals
Service Fee
  • The service fee is comprised of parts and labor fees. Freight and shipping charges will be charged separately if the service is out of warranty.
Warranty Period
  • The warranty period is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The date of purchase is based on the date recorded on the warranty certificate (purchase receipt).
  • If the warranty certificate is misplaced, please add 6 months to the manufacture date (Year/Month)
  • The warranty period does not apply to products purchased in a used condition.
Requesting Off-Site Service (Send in for repair)
  1. * Repair cost will be assessed
    by confirming the Model name
    and the Manufacture date

  2. Please notate the name,
    address, contact information,
    details of the issue and other
    information on a sheet of paper.

  3. Please send the sheet
    and the product to the
    following address.

  4. Please expect to receive
    the repaid products in
    about 10 business days.

Distinguishing between Free and Paid Repairs

Free RepairsService & shipping charges are free (if Hanjin Express is used). Paid RepairsService and shipping charges are paid by the customer.
If the repair is within a year of the purchase date If more than 1 year has passed since purchasing the product
If the same problem occurs again within three months of the paid repair If the damage has been caused from mishandling or misuse
If using Hanjin Express, please make it payable on delivery to J World Tech. If the product has been arbitrarily disassembled, repaid, or modified
Hanjin Express can be used at 7/11 Convenience stores. Exchange of worn-out parts
